On November 21, 2012, the Santa Cruz Police Department obtained a warrant for Trey Powell for sexually assaulting, battering and kidnapping a female acquaintance. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Powell was arrested on drug charges in San Francisco last night (November 27, 2012). Mr. Powell is in custody in San Francisco County jail awaiting charges in that jurisdiction and extradition to Santa Cruz to face charges here.
